INSPECTION CHECKPOINTS
- PCB motherboard inspection
- charging coil quality control
- temperature control chip calibration
The standardized assembly workshop supports the mass production of wireless chargers; multiple production lines operate simultaneously to ensure stable, continuous output, efficiently handling massive order volumes while strictly controlling delivery timelines.
We are equipped to manage both small and high-volume production with flexible capacity allocation. Our system allows quick scaling based on order size and project requirements. This ensures consistent supply for different market needs.
Our streamlined production process enables quick order processing and reduced lead times. With efficient coordination across all stages, we maintain high production speed. This allows us to deliver orders on time, even for large quantities.
A comprehensive and standardized testing system designed to ensure consistent quality across all stages of wireless charger production. From component inspection to final testing, every process is strictly controlled to guarantee product reliability, stable quality, and on-time delivery across all batches.
Conduct comprehensive inspections on all incoming components—including PCB mainboards, charging coils, temperature control chips, casings, Type-C ports, capacitors, and resistors—to verify specifications, physical integrity, and basic electrical performance; reject any materials that are damaged, fail to meet specifications, or pose a risk of short circuits, thereby preventing quality defects at the source.
The assembly process exercises strict control over key operations—such as coil securing, motherboard soldering, and housing assembly—to ensure secure component installation and consistent workmanship; rigorous oversight of soldering, alignment, and wire-pressing techniques eliminates risks such as cold joints, misalignment, and excessive gaps.
Basic functional testing of the powered-up unit covers inductive charging recognition, power regulation, foreign object detection, over-temperature protection, short-circuit protection, indicator light logic, and fast-charging compatibility, confirming that charging start/stop operations and protection mechanisms all trigger correctly.
Simulated real-world testing across multiple long-term charging scenarios: evaluating full-charge efficiency, temperature control during charging, stability under continuous full-load operation for 8 hours, charging functionality retention after drops, and electromagnetic radiation compliance to verify performance stability over extended use.
The process involves a comprehensive visual re-inspection of the finished product, verification of the accessory kit, registration via factory label scanning, and checks for secure, shock-resistant packaging. Additionally, charging functionality is verified through spot checks. Items are cleared for warehousing and shipment only after confirming the absence of surface scratches, the completeness of accessories, and compliance with packaging protection standards.
We operate state-of-the-art wireless charger manufacturing facilities that integrate assembly, testing, and packaging capabilities, supporting production ranging from prototypes to large-scale orders. Backed by an experienced team and a stable supply chain, we ensure reliable production capacity, consistent quality, and efficient delivery for our global customers.
